Mailing list digests are useful as they join all the emails sent one day into one only email. But when many people participate at the list, they become dangerous.
This is an experiment and a proposal to solve a problem.

Aunque llevo mucho tiempo cambiando de temas y tocando varios palos, parece que me estoy centrando con respecto a la tesis. Lo que me ha publicado el IEEE (léase ‘i-e-cubo’) es la fase previa de la investigación, es decir, prácticamente nada. Pero por lo menos me ha servido para centrar mi atención sobre un tema, establecer lazos con la comunidad, buscar referencias (que apenas hay) y darme un pequeño empujón moral, que esto del doctorado a distancia (léase ‘búscate la vida por tu cuenta’) es durillo.

Abstract. Requirements for eLearning platforms have usually focused on the learners’ needs. However, very little studies analyze the required support from the teachers’ perspective, especially when the teachers have one or more disabilities. I have analyzed the problems disabled teachers face at the workplace and identified ten requirements for eLearning platforms to overcome them.
